You just need to scroll through this thread to find some recently added links, but you need to look for client (as player) and server (for hosting).

My new maps, map pack for iCTF mode and chronology of Teeworlds

By my "very professional" scrolling-through-all-pages-for-finding-the-download I couldn't find  the 1.0.2 ,Since i have the 1.0.1 i will host one (v)server on this version until i found the new one :I

I tried to host but everytime i set up the server, it hosts on the 1.0.1 D: i think something went wrong here :oo

That's fine, the latest client version is 1.0.4,  but the latest server version is 1.0.1. They are both compatible.

The latest server version is 1.0.4. They are compatible but 1.0.1 contains a hardcoded password (which actually gives everybody who is able to read some code tw-admin rights on your server) and 1.0.1 caused serious troubles if more than 16 players connected (to the normal TW-master/TW-clients that was not able to handle > 16 clients).

I would not recommend to use 1.0.1. It contains a hard-coded Admin-PW and causes troubles to the master-server of TW if you get more then 16 players into it. 1.0.4 used master-server that even allowed more players (don't know if it's still online) depending on the player-number you choosed in the config as far I remember.
