I don't really believe such a mod would make captain games crap.
On the other hand I also don't think that this mod would get pretty popular.
I mostly code mods to have fun while beating the challenge of doing the mod/program/whatever atthe best way possible. In things like mods I try to keep them comfortable to the players and administration as good as I can.
And you are right, humans can react on all incidents as they wish. A mod needs to calculate all these incidents and react automaticly. Sometimes is helps admins not having to do that much (e.g. the inactivity kick / automated [bot] detection / whatever) but also sometimes it doesn't react like the administrator wants it to react.
To prevent that, the mod has to follow a structure which isn't pretty dynamic.
You always have to take the pros and cons. Mods can make the admin life easier, but also less different from each games.
Anyways, I started this mod and I am gonna finish it. It won't destroy the captain games, I am sure about that, and at least some people would like to have such a mod to create those games easily.
