Larger avatars will also bring longer loading times, more required space per post (as the height also increases) and more pressure on the server to save the larger images. Although the differences would be insignificant in small numbers it could certainly have an impact with the ever increasing players base and growing numbers of forum registrations.

It would be possible to discuss this with the other administrators though, maybe they have some vision on whether we can accommodate your suggestion somehow.

offtopic but:
i think the size of avatars is big enough, because the avatar shouldnt be the most important of a post/thread/forum
it should just show you more easily who wrote this post. and if a bigger size would coz a longer loadtime than im against it smile

Thanks for making this avatar but its not what i was expecting. 
I have a pinky with white feets. Maybe u can make the eyes realy like a tee?
And the shadows are weird :S tongue and there's a little flame.
