sorry, there aren't server always online 24/24 to test the mod, so you must open server on your pc and connect to it

wow i really like it though the physics are weird.
I played it for a few minutes and it makes real fun.

and i would quickly change the gametype name...

I dislike it, because it doesnt fit into the teeworlds movement. Not just that its still bad coded, it breaks the movement at all.

i know it is not perfect, but some developer more expert than me, can easy make better my slopes, for fitting into teeworld well.....
with slopes we can draw more different maps, and it is good also for Race

i added only 2 new tiles into entities.png for mapping, to make hookable slopes or unhookable slopes, than you can draw a map with climbs and descents, and walk on it with your tee
(you can rotate and flip slope tiles when draw the map)
and all changes are explained in detail on github commits

yes i forgot to change gametype name... i will do it soon

CarmineZ, your server has now been banned from the master servers due to a modified server broadcasting itself as DM. Next time, please change the gametype to something that is no DM, CTF or TDM before you register your server to the masters.

As your server handles it currently you often lose the ground below your feet while walking on the slopes. This is bad because you cant control wether you have an airjump left or not. And I dont like that you lose all your speed while walking on the slopes. Try 30 degree-slopes or even fewer.

Well, yes. tired of going to the right and left across platforms very very flat?
today, even some time ago, I made up the ramps in Teeworlds ........
just that damn OfficialsTeeS did not take into consideration .... if he went
differently now what I did there would be Teeworlds 0.6, too bad for them

Even though there are some bugs/problems that need to be fixed, I think these slopes fit to the Teeworlds gameplay and open some new very nice possibilities. Already tried a dm1 rework with these and it's pretty good as you actually can go from one side to another without even jumping. The mod will probably not have any success unless some experienced mapper release a good and appropriate map for this.

The general idea of the mod is great.
However I dont like the slope physics, because while entering/leaving the slopes you are catapulted into the air very often. So if you jump you cant be sure to use your normal jump instead of the airjump.

Indeed this is the problem to fix with this mod, it lacks of fluidity because of these "catapulting" physics.

Dune: That was the "jump bug" i meant in the test.
CarmineZ: as others already said, with the right maps and graphics it could have a lot of success and i think that some mappers here would be glad to help you wink

I like the slopes, but it need some movement tweeks. In my mind that could improve future versions of teeworlds.
