D86Leader: imo it's very easy to release your idea. I have partly made it in iDDRace mod: you sit in spect, you follow a bot from spects and can move it.

Prediction wont work. Try out playing teeworlds with cl_predict 0

Shahan have created the Dummy system.
With a command you can controll the Dummy, but you go to Spectators (I Think the command is cd - Controll Dummy) but she havent created a system that make 2 people controll the same tee.
Also, is hard to controll the Dummy...
