Topic: Ding! Break even!

We are very happy to announce that as of today, Teeworlds has officially broken even. Your generous donations have helped pay for the server that feeds the web site, the trac database and svn repositories, without which Teeworlds simply wouldn't have been possible. So far, we haven't settled on what our next purchase will be, but candidates include dedicated servers, a redundant server and hosting solution, or licenses for OS:es currently not in possession by the dev team.

While we're at it, we can also mention that we've reached another milestone of sorts: During peak hours (around 20:00 CET) Teeworlds now regularly surpasses a thousand simultaneous players. Not bad!

I'm so proud of this game!
I play Teeworlds since January 2008. I never thought it would improve so much!

about 6000 SEK in total, thats about 565 euros

No limits. A donation of 1 euro, paypal takes 0.38 euro (38%) in charges . For 5 euro they take 0.52 euro (~10%) so I would say 5 euro and above is good because of the fees. It's up to you how much you donate. We have had donations ranging from 0.50 euro (0.13 euro of that ends up to us) up to 100 euro. It's up to you how much you want to donate.
