Ummm. The previous one was worse by a lot. Just deal with it is the best anyone can tell you - the devs (rightly) spend more of their time on the game itself.

Re: 0.4.0 released!

Yeah, but what's the license?

Is it REALLY open-source?

Enough so i could make an article about it on libregamewiki?

It is open source but not GPL compatible and violates the Debian FSG. I wonder why they chose such a license, espacially point 4 is weird:

4. Neither this software nor any of its individual components, in original
or modified versions, may be sold by itself.

I challage you, point out too me were the license violates the Debian FSG.

From the Debian FSG:

Free Redistribution

The license of a Debian component may not restrict any party from selling
or giving away the software as a component of an aggregate software distribution
containing programs from several different sources. The license may not require
a royalty or other fee for such sale.

Point 4 doesn't interfere with that case. Point 4 only interferes if you want to sell the game by itself.
