ich have got find the 0.6 teeworlds modification tournamend now i will take it on linux 64 but i dont know
how to complet it please help me an complimier it for linux 64

no, it's 32, but if you have 64, you can start 32, can't you?

Just have a look over the source again, there you will find some example configurations:

1on1 config
2on2 config

I don't know much about this mod, but I am sure that will help you.

the mod is kind of messy, and was not written with windows in mind. it may or may not build/work there. IIRC it once built, after changing the only part msvc++ complained about. it should compile fine using mingw, that is, if it compiles at all these days.
officially the mod is dead and unsupported. if someone actually decides to bring it up to date again, and perhaps sanitize a little bit, nice. let me know then:)
