Topic: [HELP] I dont understand

Every time in my mod...
Players leave a with reason "Error sending data" or "out of buffer"
What is it?
And How can i remove my problem?

"I don't understand" is no descriptive title. Please change it.

Concerning your error messages.. I assume you're hosting at home on your PC, so your router probably drops some of Teeworlds's packets thus people can't play well and get kicked.

A bit of technical detail:
Teeworlds keeps vital packets in a buffer and if those get dropped by the router the buffer in Teeworlds runs full and results in kicking the client. See CNetServer::Send and NetConnection::QueueChunkEx

Edit: Are you running a mod?
