Topic: help needed :)

well, when i open teewars it says : ERROR, configure you're firewall or nat or something like that.
well... 1. i don't have a firewall installed here. 2. what's nat 3. is there anyway i can play? big_smile

NAT stands for "Network Address Translation" and is a function in you router. Your router also acts as a firewall, so what you have to do to play is find the NAT-configuration in your router and direct UDP-port 8303 to your intern IP-address (probably something like 192.168.0.x).

i could've guessed that, but i'm on school, and since they have passwords on their router... i can't access the router... ='( so that means i can't play Twars? sad

Unless you have a server at home you can bounce your connection at, your probably out of luck... Well, maybe you can reroute the connection to be outgoing from port 80, but if you feel a need to ask how to do that, it's probably a little bit above you. Ask someone who are good at computers in your school it he/she can help you.
