Topic: Problems with name and rconsole

Smb tell me why i can't setup tne name of the server
this is my default conf
sv_name=Sample CTF Server
sv_gametype=ctf
sv_warmup=30
sv_map=ctf2
sv_max_clients=10
sv_scorelimit=400

I see only unnamed server in the list of the servers
And question number 2. Is there the list of all command and how to use rcon?
Plz help
