(NEED HELP) Teeworlds Patch'es

I have read many guides, and tried many times, to add the "RACE" Patch, but i still dont understand it...
Can someone give me a detailed guide on how to do it, with no wierd things, make it so obvious for me that even a baby could understand it, or make a video guide, thank you.
