i maked this configuration to have a better view of the server list, i also implemented arrow keys for selection and maggiorated the whell scroll, is a good innovation? it is portable on all resolution screen

I can give you only the source of menus_broswer.cpp, you must compile by yourself, on 0.5.2 tw Download menus_browser.cpp
This looks like the 0.4.x server browser. The server infos are using 1/3 of the screen space, I guess the 0.5.x server browser vertical UI is still better, since you have around 1000 servers to browse.
i do this for me personal needs, for me is better because there aren't strings of gametype over the map's string, etcc. many string overlap in vertical mode

Originally, map names were 4-characters-length, and gametypes 2 or 3 characters. It's the hosters' fault when your "CITY|P-Crazy|byXXX" is overlapping with "meinfantasticcitymap!!!". The client is not responsible for that.
as i remember the newest trunk client doesnt allow overlapping it cuts server name, map and gametype if its too long
ok, i know the cause, but i want to read well other mod too
I think this mod is more or less useless, since the current teeworlds trunk done a lot of those things in a better way(in my opinion). Also this will not be compatible with the new version, because it is written in unrefactored style. Since ther is already a (not public) fixed release date, writing code for the old version is not usefull in my opinion, sice it wn't be usable soon.
trunk is very good for standard gametype, but with mods still many crash

That's the modders fault...
no, no, no modders fault, crash because compatibility is changed
Even my refactor client never crashed...
I ever play with a self made uptodate trunk client and !really! never had a crash.
And the inQ mod running for 2 Weeks without a crash (the new trunk version, git autoupdateing)
It is much stabler then the "stable 0.5.2"

i used the last trunk built on 22 dec 2010, and it crash with mods, example when server change map, sometimes crash, which version do you use?
For those that for some reason cannot compile this own their own, but want to try it out, here are some pre-compiled binaries. Simply extract the compressed file and put it in your Teeworlds folder.
