Topic: Compiling Source on Windows

Is there a good tutorial on how to compile Teewars on Windows? I found only one good topic at http://www.teewars.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=4996, but it involved downloading very big programs. If it is the only way, then I guess I have no choice, but does anyone know another way?

if no one comes up with a better idea use andlinux its like wine but in reverse it will let you compile the sources with linux tools on windows
