ALL wrong its potato in German tongue u will find a descriprion in the docs section.

As I noticed on my private Lan on the last weekend you need a connection to the internet to run your lan server, because the server has to contact the masterserver.

If that isn't true, please tell me how to set up a Lan server without internet tongue

just set sv_sendheartbeats=0

just don't open the port to the internet and connect to the local IP and you have your own LAN server. It won't show up in the LAN section, but hell, that have never worked very well anyway wink

How can I set up it?
My local IP?
I tiped in my local Ip but it didn't connect. I don't understand it very well.

Open up the command line (Start -> run -> cmd) and type "ipconfig". 

Try one of them wink
