PunBB Skin Mod

Hey guys,

A while back I made TeeDB which died eventually because I just stopped developing it.  I decided to take it from a different approach and integrate a skin database into PunBB (this forum system).  Right now only the list view is working, and in no way is this the finished product, but I wanted to do a quick mock up to get input on whether or not this is a good idea, and possibly input from the devs if they would actually incorporate something like this into these forums.
