I think you are talking about dynamic camera. You can disable it in the general settings.

Real programmers don't comment their code - it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

In my opinion, "Dynamic Camera" should be disabled by default... Is there any special reason to keep it enabled? For most players is annoying and they realise that can change it into static camera 2 or 3 years later... :\

I only play with dynamic camera. It allows me to see farther when I need. I think it makes noob (like me) more confident. In addition, this is annoying only if you set the mouse sensitivity to high value, which is not the default value.
