Topic: My server wont register (Ubuntu 14.04)

Hey.
I'm trying to open a public server, but it's not showing on the internet tab.

My config has nothing special, just server name,map and rcon password.
When I give people my ip they are able to join, but I always get this message:

[560631f1][register]: ERROR: the master server reports that clients can not connect to this server.
[560631f1][register]: ERROR: configure your firewall/nat to let through udp on port 8303.

I tried to look for an answer on Google but couldn't find anything helpful :/

Do you have port 8303 open? If not, google how to do that on your setup. You can check wether your port is open or not with the link below.

I did open port 8303 on my firewall and on my router.
people from other networks are able to join if I give them my ip.

What is your IP address? Perhaps you're banned from the master servers.

My IP address is 149.88.41.181
but why would I be banned?

You're not banned, so this isn't the problem. Possible reasons for banning include showing a fake player count or running a modified server as DM/CTF/TDM.

You could try running Wireshark on the port of your server and analyze or post the results.

I think I can see the problem, I only get a response from the server after 50 seconds and it seems to be corrupted (bad checksum).
that's weird because when pinging the master server I only get average of 80ms
