how do I install the skin to Teeworlds??? I have steam so i don't know how to.

You need to put them into the Teeworlds skin folder.  navigate to your Teeworlds folder/data/skins and place the skin you want in there.  Once you have done this if the skin you want is the right proportion (256x128 I believe) then you will see your skin in the Tee menu of your settings.

Be aware that others will not be able to see your custom skin unless they have the same skin with the same name.
