I think I understood.

"Hifle" is Rifle, and it is used in DDrace/blocker maps to unfreeze the tees
You can use this if you pick it up.

If you wanna know why they can pass through the shadows on Blmap v3, is because they are admins and they use a command that i forgot now.

Well, It means Help. Help Could mean Helper as in.... well.. There are Multiple DDRace Admin Ranks. Super Admin, Admin, Moderator, And Helper. Helper usually Just Has Super Me and Weapons me. Super_me is when You can Jump infinately, And you Can Also Go through Freeze tiles W/o getting Frozen... Or... If you Just See someone Say Hilfe, They Probably want Someone to Help them. Sry If this Confuses You, I suck at telling people How to Do stuff and Stuff.
