Don't know, it is about the endproduct. You can look at other graphic-artists site's (or in this forum), how to improve your work.
There are a lot of things you could improve, e.g. don't make tees with gradients, it isn't teeish at all. Or try one with strokes. Improve your feet. Shadows at the tee? Etc.
