Topic: Problem with map saving

hey ive got a big problem...

two days ago i created a map(my first big_smile),i worked 30 min on that map...
but then i wanted to save the map with strg +s(i think in english its ctrl or so^^)and suddenly a window came and told me that exe had found a problem...and so i couldnt save the map...
and if i press f5(quicksave)my computer crash down and make restart-.-
and sometimes its also when i press the buttons to save >.<

do someone know the reasons for the restart ??? sad
please help me...

Try to disable read-only for the folder, it worked for me. You can only save with ctrl+s if the file exists in the data/map/-folder.

The problem is that, as far as I can tell, that the map editor can't create new map files. It needs to go from one that already exists. Just copy and paste a new one and edit the copy.
