Topic: Mod question : quad

yep hi all
I've a question for who have already see the source code of teeworlds yikes
so :

I think's that it can be a great thinks that we can detect if tee are in a region (quad).  that can be fun for run map.

do you think it's possible without great modifications and without modified client?
(for example I would like to do the Ceiling who fall on player  if the player tuch the ceil he is teleported yikes)

Sure it's possible, you just need one who codes it.

i think its hard work to create a collision for moveable things because when u sign an envelope to the quad its moving around and there the problems will start

yep  but it still a polygon .... if you have coordonee of each corner
the rest is easy ....
just 2 imbriquate if =/   but don't know if we can have coordonee of quad easely...
but problem that I see it's I have to do special maps : I have to put a label on each quad .... and if I modified maps .. have to modified client too

but quad gestion could be fun because you can for exemple do a quad when you are in gravity =0   or do quad who make you jump  ... possibility incrase ....

If you even don't know what language it is, you might not try to mod it, seriously.
