Problem with my server list

Hellos...

I'm having some problems with my server list, i can find lots of servers, but all of them are empty and they all have a 999 ping.

They're all DM even though i didn't filter any special game mode and i cant connect to any of them.

And i don't think any of them are of a compatible version either, since they all dissapear when i check the "Compatible version" filter box.

Does anyone know whats wrong and what i can do to fix it?
