When I enter the game, the screen is disproportionate, and I can not see the rest of the screen. Please, Help.

Are you using Windows? If so, open Properties of "teeworlds.exe" by right clicking on it & selecting Properties.
Then open the Compatability-tab and tick the option "Disable scaling on high DPI" and confirm and try to start Teeworlds again.
