Topic: "Failed to open file" while trying to load an image into the editor.

This is what I get when I try to load an image that I made myself into the editor. It is correctly placed into the folder, but I just can't seem to be able to open it. I tried renaming and moving it, but nothing works.
This is the image

Please help me ASAP.

It's because the image is not 32bit
