Counter-Strike: Tee Time

Rules and gameplay logic:
Counter-Teerrorists (blue team)
- Run down the round timer without the Teerrorists ever planting the C4 explosive 
- Defuse the C4 after it has been planted. 
Teerrorists (red team)
- Plant the C4 explosive and prevent Counter-Teerrorists from defusing it 
The red flag acts as the bomb and when the round starts, one of the red players has it. The blue flag can't be picked up and the area around it acts as bomb planting area. Maps may contain multiple bomb areas. That way all ctf maps are playable but more suitable maps can be created with ease.
Counter-Teerrorists can defuse the bomb without buying any extra equipment (just stand near the bomb for a while).
Weapons & buying
Tee has 100 starting life, but it will be shown in scale from 0 to 10 (for vanilla clients). That way weapon can do for example 15 damage (1.5) or 5 damage (0.5).
Buying can be done using voting menu. Each rounds starts with players frozen to their positions. They have couple of seconds to buy weapons. Buying can be done after this pre-round time if the tee haven't moved too far from the spawn position.
At the start of the round players will be given hammer, pistol and some cash. Rifle & shotgun bullets has knockback effect. There won't be primary and secondary weapons, just weapons.
