Topic: Problems with Teeworlds 0.6.2 Mac!

Good day,

I hereby wanted to report a problem! The new update Teeworlds 0.6.2 brings the Mac problems! I describe times the situation.

In Teeworlds 0.6.1 the mouse in the client and the game is normal. You can play quietly.

Since the update Teeworlds 0.6.2 client in the mouse has become extremely slow. The game experience is exhausting. In Teeworlds 0.6.2 you do not play more fun ans. Unfortunately I had to remove Teeworlds 0.6.2, and had to install Teeworlds 0.6.1.

I hope it is a decent update for Mac OS X Lion Mountain. I hope that you will find a solution for Mac. Because of this bug with the mouse movement disturbs.

Short information:
Device: Macbook Pro 13 inch, end 2011
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB
Software: OS X 10.8.4

I have had a similar problem on my mac.

Try this:
Type gfx_finish 0 into your local console.
It worked for me.

Luck is allowed

This has helped somewhat, but the bug does not seem to be completely gone. The game has gotten better, only in the client itself, the mouse is still slow.

I thank you for your help!

Re: Problems with Teeworlds 0.6.2 Mac!

You could try using a different mouse input method. Type in console (f1)

inp_grap 1

You could also try playing around with the settings for threaded rendering:

gfx_threaded

and

gfx_asyncrender

However, It's quite strange. I am on OS X 10.9 and I don't have any problems. I also had no problems when I was on 10.7 (I did not try 10.8 though). Have you considered upgrading to 10.9 (It's free anyways)?
