AFAIK no 64-slot server has been banned from the master server for being a 64-slot server.

I think servers with 16 slots are better for the community, as fallen already mentioned.

But, ctrl+z (and optionally ctrl+x) is/are extremely nice to have in the Teeworlds Editor, I tend to mess up with the brush sometimes and there is no way to undo anything. I can imagine people would like this so much, as I will do myself.

It happens a lot when the server itself lags and all the players get a ping of 1000 as you can see in the scoreboard. On some servers, sometimes this happens a few times every minute, and lasts for a few seconds per time. The problem when this happens, is that the server doesn't care and keeps updating the physics as if everything is fine. I bet you have lost a lot of flags and lifes because of these blackouts tongue . My suggestion is that the server should pause automatically when all the players get a ping of 1000 or more, and then resume automatically when any of the players get a normal ping again. This will gaurantee that players won't miss a lot while they are blindfolded by the lag spikes.

use  dns name of servers !

And players communicate directly with a server, each player client knows server ip.

I have no idea how that might be possible, and I actually think it isn't possible. The server has to interact with the client after all, so it needs some IP address to speak to. Are you talking about proxying the server?

your  using of  server list is wrong !   server list must  hide  ip addres  under the name of servers  ,   imean   this    its is easy to  work on it !

Are you simply talking about not showing the IP address to the user? This would be possible, but not really helpful.

You could launch Wireshark to see which IP addresses that Warband game connects to, try it out!

its worked 100% on  mount and blade game and there is no ddos there

I think ipis are no laughing matter, and they are so easy to nab and find with Wireshark. We definitely have to add Tor to TeeWorlds client and server, and host all games through no less than 3 anonymous proxies.

A nice idea for the next version would be to give a team 5 points for holding the flag, instead of 1.
That way the pointsystem will work better and look nicer.

Instead of 709 vs. 306 it will be 745 vs. 330.

If you hold the flag 20 times it will give you the same amount of points as capturing the flag once.


Also, add ctrl+z in editor ;_;
