This isn't a gameskin u are supposed to use. (sure u can if u want)
It is just something like a template for those who use adobe flash for making graphics.
If u want to do about the similar shapes u dont have to vectorize them first if u have this .fla .
Can be usefull but doing same shapes like the default would look boring i think.
You cant use it because of its non-transparency background

I think the original post had vector graphics for game.png and the default skin.
