I set it up in my router after reading the doc and assumed I solved that hurdle since most people who failed didn't report my error... so Port Forwarding is still my issue...I'll get back to attempting to fix it. Thanks!

You need to set up your router to forward ports 8303. Port forwarding configuration depends on your router and varies a lot. http://portforward.com is a good resource (or used to be)

I'm on Windows 10 and recently installed it via Steam. Read the doc and made the setup file from there. I ran my server but I can only see it locally.
At Cmdprompt, I see this output and it keeps trying, changing to master2, 3 etc.
