every time if i play my server after 10 mins or something like that i get conection probs

i get the error sendto -1 error

If your server is called "[LaserMod]" I guess it's an instagib server and maybe you set your server on the "instagib 1.0" mod and if this is the case it's normal, have a look on the dedicated post otherwise... I don't know.
