Since I don't know the uptime of that server, I suggest if you want voip through mumble and cehosting.de is down, get to gotserved.se and join the teeworlds channel.

Changed the host to voice.mnus.de. There's a TS3 and a Mumble server running now.

Yes it works fine. (in that I can connect to it). I see it got two channels.

Well, I use both mumble and teamspeak, I prefer mumble (better + open source <3), but ts is not bad...

You can't say that you don't like something unless you try it... Imagine, there can be something better than your teamspeak!

No. That server has nothing to do with Teeworlds.

Running as administrator doesn't seem to be a good idea to me.

If your mumble is crashing, you have to execute it as administrator. Fixes lot of recurrent crashes.

A reason to use mumble or teamspeak is for example if you play capture the flag and you are team red, and if your team has the flag and you are standing next to the red flag which somebody dropped, you could synchronise so you score a point for your team, at the right moment!

Edit: mumble is crashing on me lately and gotserved.se and cehosting.de are unreachable. Probably to do with some weird error that I'm not keen to backtrack to right now.

Took me lots of time to configure mumble but now it's finally ready. The channel I mention above is only temporary because when someone leaves the channel it disappears...

I think it works. I managed to connect to it.

I don't but I temporarily created 'Teeworlds' at gotserved.se port 64738, it's a Swedish server.
Maybe that can be used?

Took me lots of time to configure mumble but now it's finally ready. The channel I mention above is only temporary because when someone leaves the channel it disappears...
