Could you disable "Quality textures" in settings->graphics, restart and then check if it renders the mapres?

i tried this already it didn't work and now i retried it and it still don't work

Start the client, open the editor and then load "ctf1". After that check if there "gl error" messages on the console window (not the ingame one you open with F1) and report back/upload screenshots?

After you started Teeworlds, could you do the following:
- open the console (press F1)
- execute "debug 1"
- execute "console_output_level 2"
- open the editor
- load ctf1
- close the editor
- show a picture of the console here
