Once you have your tilesets or mappers in the mappers folder. In the map editor click the layers lable in the top left corner to change to the image. Select your tilesets or images and click the images lable to go back to layers. In the layers pannel create a new layer above or below the game layer, select your tileset or image for that layer, and hold spacebar to show your tiles. select which tile('s) you want to paint on the layer and let go of the space bar. now you can paint your tiles on your map.
