[TUNING] Hook

Default settings for the hook are 380 80 3 15

But after some tuning we can make hook faster and longer.

Use those commands:

tune hook_length 10000
tune hook_fire_speed 250
tune hook_drag_accel 5
tune hook_drag_speed 50

And description:

hook_length - length of hook
hook_fire_speed - speed of firing the hook ( when you press right button of your mouse )
hook_drag_accel - acceleration while dragged ( while getting up )
hook_drag_speed - speed while dragged ( while getting up )
